The Oregon, Mormon, and California trails all led to Wyoming. Yoked cattle pulling the authors of a future called the West. Pioneers. Manifesting the destiny of a nation with a shared constitution of courage, strength, and resolve. Determined to etch their names on the Register of the Desert by July 4th and celebrate their freedom or face the unwelcome certainty of winter on the trail. We honor their journey with this Limited Edition whiskey. Crafted from grains farmed in Wyoming soil, distilled in Kirby by traditional means, and created with select barrels from the heart of our rickhouse. Independence Rock is more than a bourbon, it is a celebration that reverberates the enduring heartbeat of our nation’s heritage.
