1.5 oz. WW
1/2 oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. Boulard Apple Brandy
1 oz. Sage Honey Tea*

*Sage Honey Tea

Ingredients:

3 oz. sage tea
1 tsp honey
lemon zest

Method: Stir/Strain
Garnish: Sage Leaf

2 oz. Wyoming Whiskey
1 oz. fresh Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. local Lander Honey Lemongrass Simple Syrup*
Garnish: 1 bruised sage leaf

* Honey Lemongrass Simple Syrup

Ingredients:

1 cup water
1 cup honey
2 stalks lemongrass cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Bring to boil & simmer 15 mins

0.25 oz Cruzan Blackstrap Rum
0.25 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 tsp Demerara Syrup OR 1 demerara sugar cube
2 Dashes Bittermen’s Chocolate Molé Bitters
1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Method: Stir / Strain
Glass: Double Old Fashioned with large ice cube
Garnish: Orange Twist
